Post Wise Details:
For the post of Constable, there are a total of 4208 vacancies
For the post of Sub Inspector, there are a total of 452 vacancies

Application Fee:
For Schedule Caste/ Schedule Tribe/Female/Ex-Servicemen/EBC candidates the fee is 250/- only
For remaining candidate the fee is 500/- only
Eligibility Criteria:
For Sub Inspector Post:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree from any recognized university
For Constable Post:
Candidate must have completed 10th grade from any recognized board
Age Limit:
For Constable Post:
The minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 25 years
For Sub Inspector Post:
The minimum age is 20 years and the maximum age is 25 years
Selection Process:
There are 4 levels
Level 1:
Computer Based Test
Level 2:
Physical Efficiency Test and Physical Measurement Test
Level 3:
Document Verification
Level 4:
Medical Examination
Computer Based Test Pattern:
Arithmetic – 35 questions 35 marks
General Intelligence and Reasoning – 35 questions 35 marks
General Awareness – 50 questions 50 marks
Total Duration:90 minutes
There is a negative marking of 1/3rd mark for every wrong answer
Salary Details:
For Sub Inspector Post:
Pay level is as per 7th CPC is 6 and Salary is 35,400/-
For Constable Post:
Pay level is as per 7th CPC is 3 and Salary is 21,700/-
